Biochem/physiol Actions

CB-103 is an orally active Notch transcription activation inhibitor that targets RBPJ-Notch intracellular domain (NICD) transcription complex assembly. CB-103 exhibits antiproliferation efficacy against Notch-driven cancer growth in cultures (IC50 from 50 nM to 3 μM; patient-derived T-ALL cells positive for N1-ICD) and in tumor models in vivo (10-25 mg/kg qd or bid p.o. to mice with human T-ALL xenografts).
