Questions

  1. By Mistake we stored it at -20ºC. Do you think it can be used??

    1 answer
    1. The defined storage temperature for this product is 2-8°C. It is very likely that the agarose structure has been damaged as a result of freezing. This storage temperature has not been specifically tested for this product, however aqueous preparations of agarose beads generally do not undergo the freeze/thaw process well. If the bead structure has been compromised it will result in poor product performance.
