General description
Monophasic solution of phenol and guanidine thiocyanate for RNA, DNA, and protein isolation.
Application
Ready-to-use reagent for the simultaneous isolation of total RNA, DNA, and proteins from cells or tissues of human, plant, yeast, bacterial, or viral origin. RNA is undegraded and free of protein or DNA contamination according to the current Quality Control.After purification, many applications are possible:

The TriPure Isolation Reagent allows the simultaneous isolation of RNA, DNA, and protein from the same sample in a single-step liquid-phase separation. RNA, DNA, and protein are separated into different organic and aqueous phases, from which each can be purified by a series of alcohol precipitations.
- Work with an easy-to-use kit. The red dye in the reagent simplifies identification of different phases.
- Process a wide variety of starting samples. Easily adapt the kit to your specific needs.
