R3 IGF-I is a recombinant analog of insulin-like growth factor containing the complete human IGF-I amino acid sequence with substitution of Arg for Glu3. It was developed as an inexpensive, high quality potent analog of IGF for use as a growth factor supplement for serum-free or low serum cell culture.
Recombinantly produced in E. coli using a patented expression system, the peptide is harvested from cells in inclusion bodies, which are dissolved and desalted. The active molecule is properly folded under oxidizing conditions and then purified by several liquid chromatography steps.
Biochem/physiol Actions
Proliferation of chinese hamster ovary CHO cells.

Recombinant analog of insulin-like growth factor-I with the substitution of Arg for Glu at position 3.
To describe the clinical syndrome of 4 new patients with seizure-related 6 homolog like 2 antibodies (SEZ6L2-abs), study the antibody characteristics, and evaluate their effects on neuronal cultures. SEZ6L2-abs were initially identified in serum and CSF of a patient with
Pluripotent stem cells are classified as naïve and primed cells, based on their in vitro growth characteristics and potential to differentiate into various types of cells. Human-induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs, also known as epiblast stem cells [EpiSCs]) have limited

We previously showed that the orphan nuclear receptor Nur77 (Nr4a1) plays an important role in the regulation of glucose homeostasis and oxidative metabolism in skeletal muscle. Here, we show using both gain- and loss-of-function models that Nur77 is also a
