General description

Azaconazole has been used as an internal standard in the determination of propiconazole, a fungistatic agent in white spruce, using gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS).

Application

Azaconazole, is an agricultural fungicide, which shows activity against wood destroying fungi and sapstain fungi. It can also play the role of a disinfectant in mushroom cultivation and in the storage of fruits and vegetables.
