General description

Le tampon phosphate salin avec TWEEN®20, ou PBS-T, est principalement utilisé dans les immunoessais comme tampon de lavage et tampon de blocage. Le tampon phosphate maintient un pH stable de 7,4, adapté à de nombreux essais et réactions biologiques. Le sel ou la solution saline contenus dans le PBST fournit la force ionique nécessaire pour assurer une solubilité et une stabilité optimales des protéines. L'ajout de 0,05 % de TWEEN 20, un détergent non ionique, aide à réduire les signaux du bruit de fond en bloquant les sites de liaison non spécifique sur les protéines. Le tampon PBS-T améliore l'efficacité de lavage en éliminant les substances indésirables et limite les sites de liaison non spécifique pour les anticorps, tout en préservant l'intégrité des protéines cibles.

Application

Le tampon phosphate salin a été utilisé :

  • en western blotting.
  • dans le test ELISA (Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay).
  • dans les essais télomère-FISH (Tel-FISH) et télomère/immunocoloration-FISH (Teli-Fish).
  • dans l'isolement de cellules.

Preparation Note

Le contenu d'un sachet, dissout dans 1 l de dH2O ou d'eau ultra pure, produit un tampon phosphate salin 0,01 M avec du NaCl 0,138 M, du KCl 0,0027 M et 0,05 % de Tween 20, à pH 7,4.

  1. How can I determine the shelf life / expiration / retest date of this product?

    1. If this product has an expiration or retest date, it will be shown on the Certificate of Analysis (COA, CofA). If there is no retest or expiration date listed on the product's COA, we do not have suitable stability data to determine a shelf life. For these products, the only date on the COA will be the release date; a retest, expiration, or use-by-date will not be displayed.
      For all products, we recommend handling per defined conditions as printed in our product literature and website product descriptions. We recommend that products should be routinely inspected by customers to ensure they perform as expected.
      For products without retest or expiration dates, our standard warranty of 1 year from the date of shipment is applicable.

  2. How is shipping temperature determined? And how is it related to the product storage temperature?

    1. Products may be shipped at a different temperature than the recommended long-term storage temperature. If the product quality is sensitive to short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped on wet or dry-ice. If the product quality is NOT affected by short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped at ambient temperature. As shipping routes are configured for minimum transit times, shipping at ambient temperature helps control shipping costs for our customers.   3. I am looking for the expiry date of P3563, lot number SLCP6390 please and thanks. It is not printed on the COA received with the item.

    1. This product is not assigned an expiration date or recommended retest date. Products with no expiration date or recommended retest date should be routinely inspected by customers to ensure they perform as expected. These products are also subject to a one year warranty from the date of shipment.
