How is shipping temperature determined? And how is it related to the product storage temperature?

Products may be shipped at a different temperature than the recommended long-term storage temperature. If the product quality is sensitive to short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped on wet or dry-ice. If the product quality is NOT affected by short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped at ambient temperature. As shipping routes are configured for minimum transit times, shipping at ambient temperature helps control shipping costs for our customers. I would like to use this product into the glovebox. I didn't open the bottle yet but, as the package does not have the legend ARGON SEALED, I do not know if I can put in directly into the glovebox or how can I proceed (dry in vacuum oven, for example).

This product is not packaged under an inert gas, such as argon or nitrogen. The most common practice when using this type of material in a glove box environment is to transfer a smaller amount of the reagent to a vial or flask and dry it under a vacuum, prior to introducing the glovebox.
