Specificity
Recognizes the cytoplasmic tail of CD4. Many functions have been assigned to this tail, including anti-viral regulation (down/up regulation of CD4), T-cell maturation, activation and differentiation, and Lck signal transduction, among others. This antibody is useful as a control for studies involving targeting of intracellular protein domains of T cells.
Immunogen
Synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 439-458 of the cytoplasmic tail of human CD4.
Application
Detect CD4 using this Anti-CD4 Antibody, intracellular, clone 024-10D6.B3 validated for use in ELISA, EMSA, FUNC & IC.
