MPower Payment Program

We offer a convenient payment program for online ordering of our Custom DNA and RNA portfolio. The payment program enables you to minimize paperwork and streamline your online ordering process with only one purchase transaction for setting up and depositing funds into your payment account.

• Convenient Account Tracking – view transaction history and manage your account online
• Account Security – assign a unique Personal Identification Number (PIN) to control access
• Easy Refill – add funds to your payment account online (coming soon for Canada)

To activate your payment account:

1. Login to sigmaaldrich.com by entering your username and password
2. Navigate to the Profile page listed under “Account”
3. Select Payment Methods
4. Navigate to the MPower Payment Account Section and Select “New Payment Account” or "View Balance & Track History"
5. Select your amount, set your Personal Identification Number (PIN) and Continue
6. You will be taken to the payment screen to enter your purchase order number and submit the order. You will be issued a Payment Account Number and MPower account information will be emailed. This account number will be referenced, in addition to the PIN you created for future oligo transactions against this payment account.
7. Immediately start placing Oligo orders in reference to your MPower Payment Account. Under "Payment Method" select the MPower option and enter the MPower number and PIN.

This payment program is only available to registered website users having ordering access enabled. If you need ordering access, please register and selected ‘yes’ in the “Ordering Information” section. Once your ordering access is screened and verified you will have access for setting up an online payment account. A new user at an existing account typically takes 24-48hrs for account set up. New account registration will undergo a screening process that can take up to 1 week depending on the nature of the account.
