BIO-Acetoxime is a potent and selective GSK-3a/b inhibitor that reduces invasiveness of gliomas and extends animal survival in intracranial glioma models. Also, BIO-Acetoxime induces Wnt signaling and inhibits CD8+ T cell effector differentiation.
