General description

Unique half area plates can help save on rare and expensive reagents by reducing the amount of reagent needed per well, while still being readable by most standard plate readers.

Application

Corning® 96 Well Half-Area Microplates are suitable for high-resolution cellular imaging applications.

Features and Benefits

  • Microplates made of cyclic olefin copolymer (COC) material are chemical resistant (including DMSO) and have high mechanical stability
  • Microplates with ultra-clear film of 127 μm thickness and inter- and intra-well film bottom flatness within 50 μm and 10 μm, respectively, optimized for high content applications
  • Low auto-fluorescence and birefringence
