Application

Extruder Set without holder/heating block has been used to prepare liposome in the absence of cholesterol. It has also been used to prepare large unilamellar vesicles (liposomes) containing carboxyfluorescein.

Packaging

Mini-Extruder (set): includes instructions, mini-extruder, two 1000μL syringes, 100 pore size (0.1μm) polycarbonate membranes, and 100 filter supports
