General description

PKH26 Reference Microbeads have a fluorescence intensity and light scatter characteristics similar to PKH26-labeled leukocytes. The reference microbeads are impregnated with PKH26 dye, then carefully formulated as a suspension to serve as a fluorescence intensity and count standard.

Application

PKH26 Reference Microbeads has been used:
  • as an internal counting control in flow cytometric acquisition and analysis
  • for viable cell count analysis of fibroblasts
  • for measuring the leukemic cell count by flow cytometry
