1X TBS Working Solution for Western Blotting

Tris-buffered saline (TBS) is an excellent wash buffer for many types of immunoassays, such as ELISAs, immunohistochemisty, and Western blots. To make 1 L of TBS wash buffer, add 100 mL of 10X TBS to 900 mL of water.
