四甲基联苯胺是一种过氧化物酶敏感染料。本品稳定性好,不受钙、镁离子干扰,是测定水中氯的较好方法。

應用

3,3′,5,5′-四甲基联苯胺(TMB)是一种二氨基联苯胺的非致癌性取代物(Ames测试阴性)适合在ELISA实验中作为过氧化物酶底物。底物产生可溶性终产物,淡蓝色,分光光度检测在370或620-650nm可以读峰值。TMB反应能被2M H2SO4终止(产生黄色),在450nm处可读。一种高敏感,特异性试剂用于检测血液,血红蛋白实验,过氧化物酶实验。
