General description

Orysastrobin is one of the analogs of strobilurin fungicide.

Application

Orysastrobin may be used as an analytical reference standard for the determination of the analyte in:
  • Rice samples by high performance liquid chromatography equipped with ultraviolet (HPLC-UV) detection and LC coupled to tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS) with electrospray ionization (ESI) and selected reaction monitoring (SRM) detection.
  • Food samples by atmospheric-pressure solids-analysis probe (ASAP) as well as desorption electrospray ionization-mass spectrometry (DESI-MS) techniques.
  • Hot pepper (Capsicum annuum L.) samples by modified QuEChERS (quick, easy, cheap, effective, rugged, and safe) method, followed by analysis using LC-MS/MS with SRM detection.

Refer to the product′s Certificate of Analysis for more information on a suitable instrument technique. Contact Technical Service for further support.
