More Cytokines Means Even More Discoveries
Multiplex with MILLIPLEX® Human Cytokine Panels A & B
Cytokines, chemokines, and growth factors are key mediators of immune system functions capable of signaling through autocrine, paracrine, and endocrine mechanisms. Their pleiotropic immunomodulatory properties allow these biomolecules to react to diverse stimuli and regulate the immune response, either promoting or inhibiting inflammation.
MILLIPLEX® Human Cytokine/Chemokine/Growth Factor Panel A and Panel B
The open-architecture xMAP® technology of the MILLIPLEX® Human Cytokine/Chemokine/Growth Factor Panel A and Panel B enables multiplexing of many types of bioassays reducing time, labor, and costs over traditional methods. The capability of adding multiple conjugated beads to each sample results in the ability to obtain multiple cytokine results from each sample.
MILLIPLEX®Human Cytokine Panel A and B offer you:
- The ability to select a 38-plex or 48-plex premixed kit
- The flexibility to choose any combination of analytes from our panel of 48 analytes to design a custom kit that better meets your needs
- A convenient “all-in-one” box format that provides all the necessary reagents you need to run your assay
- Small sample volume requirements (25 μL/well)
- Superior performance with rigorous assay development and quality control testing
