Antibodies bearing high levels of N-linked mannose-5 glycan (Man-5) have been found to exhibit enhanced antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC) when compared to antibodies with fucosylated complex or hybrid glycans.

Antibodies carrying high levels of N-linked mannose-5 glycan (Man5) possesses increased antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC) than antibodies with fucosylated complex or hybrid glycans.[1]
