Specificity

Clone 4D6 (-3H10-D6) is a mouse monoclonal antibody that detects human Cereblon. It targets an epitope within the N-terminal domain.

Application

Western Blotting Analysis: 20 ug from a representative lot detected CRBN in MOLT4 wild type cell lysates (Courtesy of Stefan Schuchner, Ph.D. and Egon Ogris, M.D., Medical University of Vienna, Austria).

Immunoprecipitation Analysis: A representative lot immunoprecipitated CRBN in MOLT4 wild type cell lysates (Courtesy of Stefan Schuchner, Ph.D. and Egon Ogris, M.D., Medical University of Vienna Austria).

Quality

Evaluated by Western Blotting in MOLT-4 cell lysate.

Western Blotting Analysis: 1 µg/mL of this antibody detected Cereblon.(CRBN) in MOLT-4 cell lysate.

~50 kDa observed; 50.55 kDa calculated. Uncharacterized bands may be observed in some lysate(s).
