General description

Poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride) solution (PDADMAC) is a cationic polyelectrolyte prepared by the radical polymerization of diallyldimethylammonium chloride (DADMAC) in presence of a catalyst in the form of an organic peroxide. It is widely utilized as a flocculant.

Application

PDADMAC can be used as an electrolytic solution in a variety of applications such as drug delivery, biomedical systems, and sensors, which include biosensors and chemical sensors.
