OLED和PLED材料
有机发光二极管(OLED)是一种由电荷传输层和发射有机层组成的高性能光电子设备。施加电压时,OLED的双载体注入系统向两个电极之间的电致发光材料提供电子和空穴,从而根据设备中使用的有机材料不同而产生具有特定颜色和设备性能的特征电致发光光。
OLED包括小分子发光二极管和聚合物发光二极管(PLED)两个主要类别。其中,典型的双异质结构小分子OLED由夹在电极之间的三个有机层组成。靠近阴极和阳极的有机层分别为电子传输层(ETL)和空穴传输层(HTL)。发射层通常含有在合适的主体材料(通常为HTL或ETL材料)中分散的发光染料(EML)或掺杂剂。PLED结构相对简单,其单一溶液加工层结合了发光聚合物(LEP)层和主体、发射器和电荷传输功能。
