原則
JumpStart Taq抗体在室温下能够使DNA聚合酶失活。当温度在第一步循环变性中升高到70℃以上,复合体解离,聚合酶完全被激活。JumpStart Taq DNA聚合酶防止非特异性扩增,能够获得更为准确的CT值。
为制备反应,将10 μL ReadyMix加入引物、模板和水中,使最终反应体积为20 μL。
