一般說明

槲皮素 3-β-D-葡糖苷(Q3G),也叫作异槲皮苷,是槲皮素的主要糖苷形式之一。它是一种单葡萄糖苷,最早从加拿大紫荆的种荚中分离出来,也广泛存在于各种植物、蔬菜和水果中。Q3G 具有类黄酮的基本化学结构,即一个葡萄糖分子连接在槲皮素的 C-3 上。

應用

使用槲皮素 3-β-D-葡糖苷:
  • 作为膳食类黄酮补充剂,以利用表面等离子共振(SPR)检测其与人类小泛素相关修饰物 1(SUMO1)蛋白的结合能力
  • 用为大肠杆菌三磷化酸腺苷(ATP)合成酶的抑制剂
  • 作为抗聚集剂,测试其对β-淀粉样蛋白、绿色荧光蛋白(GFP)和胰凝乳蛋白酶原蛋白的活性

生化/生理作用

槲皮素 3-β-D-葡糖苷具有较强的抗氧化和抗炎活性。作为一种强效氧自由基清除剂,它是一种神经保护剂,可在小鼠模型中改善阿尔茨海默病(AD)的症状。′它可与苹果提取物结合使用,对结肠癌、肺癌和肝癌细胞系以及 MCF-7 人乳腺细胞具有抗增殖活性。
