一般說明

油酸 (OA) 是一种非必需脂肪酸,属于单不饱和脂肪酸 (MUFA),橄榄油中富含这一成分。已有报道称,这种成分可从甘油三酯和偏甘油酯混合物中的定量去除。OA广泛用作稳定磁性纳米颗粒的表面活性剂。目前已制备出OA包覆的单分散磁铁矿纳米颗粒(7和19nm)。

應用

油酸可用于:
  • 研究脂肪酸对胃癌 (GC) 的影响
  • 诱导细胞培养物中的脂滴形成
  • 作为磁流变液制剂中的添加剂。
油酸可用于制备10-羟基十八烷酸和10-羟基十八烷酸甲酯。

生化/生理作用

众所周知,油酸可以改善免疫功能和健康。膳食补充这种脂肪酸有助于降低胆固醇水平、动脉粥样硬化风险、血压及宿主对移植物的反应。油酸经证有抗炎作用,有助对抗自身免疫性疾病。它还可以改善乳腺癌状况。油酸可引起多种生理效应,如肝细胞中的蛋白激酶C活化、氧化磷酸化解偶联及2,4-二硝基苯酚−刺激的 ATP 酶抑制。通过添加血清白蛋白可以逆转这种作用。
