I currently work to understand the role and function of new immunoregulatory pathways, including HHLA2/TMIGD2/KIR3DL3, identified by Prof. Xingxing Zang and on developing a novel CAR T-cell therapy for cancer patients. These novel pathways are crucial targets in a range of human cancers. I work to understand their mechanisms to define new biomarkers and upgrade current immunotherapies.
