General description
The PHOS-Select™ iron affinity gel is a novel iron [Fe(III)] chelate matrix. This matrix provides high capacity affinity binding of molecules containing phosphate groups.
Application
Phos-Select™ products facilitate a number of applications including:
affinity enrichment of phosphopeptides obtained from protein tryptic digests
direct transfer of phosphocompounds for analysis (HPLC or mass spectrometry)
enrichment of phosphopeptides by immobilized metal affinity chromatography (IMAC)[1][2]
Other Notes
Phos-Select™ Iron Affinity Gel is a novel iron [Fe(III)] chelate matrix based on Sigma′s NTA analog chelate ligand. The matrix provides high capacity affinity binding of molecules containing phosphate groups.
Physical form
aqueous glycerol suspension
