Preparation Note
Formulated in 50mM Tris-Cl pH 8.0, 100mM NaCl, 0.01% DDM, 10% glycerol.
Storage and Stability
Thaw on ice. Upon first thaw, briefly spin tube containing protein to recover full content of the tube. Aliquot into single use aliquots. Store remaining undiluted protein in aliquots at -80°C. Note: avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
