Application

MRS 1523 has been used as an inhibitor of adenosine receptors in SW1990 and BxPC3 pancreatic cancer cells,[1] LX2 human hepatic stellate cells and human coronary smooth muscle cells.[2]

MRS 1523 is a selective adenosine A3 receptor antagonist in the rat.
