Culture Medium
Subculture Routine
Maintain cultures between 3x105 - 2x106 cells/ml, 5% CO2, 37 °C. Upon resuscitation remove cryoprotectant - centrifuge at 300 x g for 5 minutes and re-suspend the cell pellet in fresh culture medium.
