Originally developed for mushroom culture this bag may be adapted for the culture of microshoots.

Transparent sun bag has been used to cover the seedlings planted in a pot/vessel from Cichorium intybus L and Pinus resinosa to ensure growth. It has also been used to place the culture tubes to study the pathogenicity of Xanthomonas strains on Pistacia vera plants.
