Opis

General description

Neosolaniol belongs to the class of type A trichothecene mycotoxins produced by various Fusarium molds.[1]

Application

Neosolaniol may be used as an analytical reference standard for the determination of the analyte in:

• Wheat samples[1] by acetonitrile-based extraction and gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS)[1] as well as capillary GC with flame ionization detection (FID).
• Cereals by acetonitrile-based extraction and GC coupled to mass spectrometry (MS).
