Agar chromogenny do oznaczania liczby i różnicowania Clostridium sp., w szczególności Clostridium perfringens, w próbkach wodnych. Podłoże jest bardziej niezawodne niż m-CP Agar i łatwiejsze w obsłudze.
Preparation Note
Zawiesić 31,42 g w 400 ml wody destylowanej i dostosować objętość do 500 ml. Zagotować do całkowitego rozpuszczenia pożywki. Schłodzić do temperatury 50-55°C i dodać 1 fiolkę Perfringens T.S.C. Supplement (P9352) lub 1 fiolkę M-CP selective Supplement I (nr kat. 51962). Dozować do szalek Petriego (zalecamy małe szalki).
