ABSTRACT

A soluble form of colloidal manganese(IV) oxide showed efficient oxygen evolution or water oxidation in presence of oxone, H(2)O(2), cerium(IV) ammonium nitrate and tris(2,2'-bipyridyl)ruthenium(III).
