General description

Chemical structure: ß-lactam
Moxidectin is a semisynthetic milbemycin derivative of nemadectin, which is used as an anthelmintic drug.

Application

Moxidectin may be used as a reference standard in the determination of moxidectin residues in liver samples using high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with a fluorescence detector (HPLC).
