Fibroblasts designated 149BR (Sigma Catalogue number. 90011807) have been isolated from the same individual . This has been confirmed by STR profiling at ECACC. T cells from the same sample have been used for cellular radiosensitivity studies and cell survival analysis after UV-irradiation.
Application
Mutation studies, Toxicity analysis
