Biochem/physiol Actions

ED₅₀ = 0.5-3.0 ng/ml as measured by inhibition (cytostasis) of human WiDr cells.

Physical form

Sterile-filtered (0.22 µm) in 40 mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.4, carrier-free.

Reconstitution

Following initial thaw, aliquot and freeze (-20°C). Do not store in glass vials without addition of carrier protein. Further dilute in low endotoxin medium or buffer containing FBS or tissue culture grade BSA.
