This low endotoxin gelatin is a non-gelling gelatin extracted from porcine skin suitable for vaccine and injectable formulations. Also, gelatin can be functionalized with crosslinkable groups. Non-gelling gelatin derivatives are suitable for special 3D structuring methods such as inkjet-printing and two photon polymerization.
