1. Register on our website.

2. Once finished, send an email to customerservice-qmm@merckgroup.com, with the following information:

  • Email subject: Activación de registro del sitio Sigma Aldrich
  • The email body must contain:
    - User (your email );
    - RFC that you would like to access;
    -Social reason.

If you have purchased from us before, follow the instructions below:

1. Register on our website.

2. Once finished, send an email to customerservice-qmm@merckgroup.com, with the following information:

  • Email subject: Activación de registro del sitio Sigma Aldrich
  • The email body must contain:
    - User (your email );
    - RFC that you would like to access;
    -Social reason.

To change your password, click here and add the registered email to access the site in the "Electronic mail address" field. After that, you will receive an email to change your password.

  • If you have not arrived, you can request a resend of this email by clicking on the “Send the email again” field.
  • Keep in mind that if your email doesn't arrive, it could be in your unwanted mail folder (Spam).

Shipping costs for:

  • Baja California and Sonora: $700 + VAT
  • Other regions of Mexico: $500 + VAT

To create a quote, you must be registered on our website and be logged into a customer account that places an order.

First, log in to our website and then add the product or products to your cart. Once the product or products are in your cart, head to your shopping cart. Click on “Checkout” and you will see the “Request Quote” option. After you choose “Request Quote,” the quote will be processed and you will get a quote number. When you are ready to place an order from your quote, go to the “Account” tab in the site header. Select “Order Center” from the drop-down menu and select “My Recent Quotes.” Once you open your quote, you can convert it to an order.

In your shopping cart, add the Promocode in the "Promo Code" field, which is located in two places:

  • Under each item in the shopping cart: if the item is included in the promotion, the discount will only apply to the item for which the promo code was inserted.
  • At the bottom of the Summary, located on the right, in the shopping cart: the discount will be applied to all items included in the promotion and in the shopping cart.
  • Via the website:

You can check the status of your order from the website by logging in to view the orders you have placed. Go to the “Account” tab in the header of our page and select “Your Orders” from the drop-down menu.

Once you have logged into “Your Orders,” the list of orders will indicate the status of the order. If the order status says “Processing,” you must open the order to view the status of each of the products in your order.

If you are not the one who placed the order, you must link your profile to your organization’s account to view the status of the orders associated with your account by sending an email to customerservice-qmm@merckgroup.com..

Some tips to help you better navigate the Sigma Aldrich website:

We recommend using the CAS (Chemical Abstracts Service Registry Number) in the search bar on our website.
The CAS number is a unique identification number for the chemical and overcomes problems that may arise. For example, a chemical product may be known by different names.

If the product you are looking for is not identified by a CAS number in the search, it is likely that we do not have this material to offer within our product portfolio.

Go to the desired product page or perform an Advanced Search.

Follow the instructions below:

  • If your project number is up to 14 digits long, add it in the “PO Number” field that appears in one of the checkout steps.
  • If your project number is longer than 14 digits, in the “Customer Service Instructions” area, which appears in one of the checkout steps, click the “Add Instructions” button and add the information in this field.
