应用

兔抗SOX11抗体可用于免疫组化和免疫印迹。

生化/生理作用

SOX11(SRY-box 11)在大脑发育中起重要作用。SOX11的缺失和新生突变会导致神经发育障碍，伴随Coffin−Siris综合征表现。该蛋白还在胚胎和成人神经发生、颅面骨生成、眼形态发生和心脏生长中起作用。
