一般說明

谷胱甘肽硫转移酶(GST)是由天然真核细胞生产的26 KDa分子量蛋白。它属于II相解毒酶家族的一员。谷胱甘肽-琼脂糖树脂由谷胱甘肽通过硫与环氧活化的4%交联琼脂糖珠相连形成12个原子(10碳)的间隔臂。本品为冻干粉末,添加了乳糖稳定剂。

應用

谷胱甘肽琼脂糖树脂用于:
  • 纯化谷胱甘肽硫转移酶(GST)融合蛋白,生成多克隆抗体M4P
  • 通过孵育上清液组分,纯化全长p53蛋白(aa 1-393)及其DNA结合域(aa 94-288)
  • 融合蛋白的亲和纯化
