菲律平是一种多烯大环内酯类抗生素和抗真菌药。抗真菌作用的机理尚不清楚,但可能是由于膜通透性改变所致。 非律平以形成膜孔的方向与含胆固醇的模型结晶相脂质双层结合,并与具有或没有胆固醇的液相双层结合。它既抑制蛋白(PrP)的内吞作用,又导致 PrP 从质膜释放。
