物理性質
从N端删除单个Asp可产生低过敏性构建体。X射线晶体学证实了其与天然白蛋白的结构等同性。Asp缺失通过消除白蛋白主要的铜镍结合位点而去除了重要的抗原决定簇。人白蛋白的前三个残基被认为是非结构性的。还在Cys34上进行阻断,以改善稳定性、单体含量和均一性。
