Human IgG1-Fc - fused to a recombinant fragment corresponding to 135 amino acids from the ectodomain region of human NKp46.
特异性
Clone D2-9A5 recognizes the whole NKp46 and NKp46-D2, but does not recognize NKp46-D1. It targets an epitope with in 135 amino acids from the extracellular domain.
