一种细胞可渗透的喹啉，以可逆的方式直接与ezrin（Kd = 12.6 µM）结合，并在体外抑制Thr567处PKCι-介导的ezrin磷酸化（IC50 = 8.1 µM）和ezrin-actin结合。它还从1到10 µM剂量依赖性地抑制HUVEC细胞单层中的鼠成骨肉瘤K7M2细胞侵袭。在10 µM时，它会导致斑马鱼独特的发育缺陷，其特征是眼祖细胞的运动性降低。此外，该小分子可在10 µM的离体小鼠肺器官培养测定中阻止转移性生长，并在2.26 mg/kg/天的体内减弱小鼠肺模型中ezrin依赖性OS转移性的生长。
