一般描述

An internal standard suitable for quantitation of 7-Hydroxymitragynine levels in MS-based applications including clinical toxicology, urine drug testing or forensic analysis. Along with mitragynine, 7-Hydroxymitragynine is an active alkaloid found in the plant Mitragynine speciosa, commonly known as Kratom. The compound possesses opioid agonistic activity with a potency 30- and 17-fold higher than that of mitragynine and morphine, respectively.

    1. This product is a deuterated form of 7-Hydroxymitragynine prepared in methanol. It is intended for use as an analytical standard and would not be suitable or approved for in vitro or in vivo use. A physiologic dosage would not be relevant or established for this type of product. For analytical purposes, the minimal sample volume for quantitative applications is 1 uL.
