應用

四丁基氯化铵 (TBACl) 可用作相转移催化剂用于合成:
  • 2-氨基-4H-色烯衍生物,通过醛、丙二腈 和 α或 β-萘酚缩合反应制备。
  • 甲酯,通过羧酸和碳酸二甲酯在K2CO3参与下的酯化反应生成。
它还可被用作引发剂,用于通过 o-异氰基二苯基胺的级联自由基加成/环化合成 11-三氟甲基二苯并二氮杂卓。

TBACl 还可被用于与五氧化二磷一起用于更绿色的脱氧氯化反应。
