General description

  • High binding surface binds medium (>10kD) and large biomolecules that possess ionic groups and/or hydrophobic regions
  • Binding capacity is approximately 400 to 500 ng IgG/cm2
  • Ideal for immunoassays
  • Without lids, lids supplied separately
  • Bottoms are 60% thinner than conventional polystyrene plates, resulting in lower background fluorescent and enabling readings down to 340 nm
  • Designed to reduce well-to-well crosstalk during fluorescent assays
  • Can be used for both top and bottom reading instruments
  • Recommended working volume of 75 to 200 μL
  • Conforms to ANSI/SBS standard microplate footprint and dimensions
