General description

RyR-Calstabin Interaction Stabilizer, S107 can protect hippocampal neurons from GABAergic synaptic changes caused by Abeta42 oligomers.

Application

RyR-Calstabin Interaction Stabilizer, S107 has been used in culture media for hypoxic exposures to study the impact of hypoxia on sarcoplasmic reticulum calcium leakage and expression of ryanodine receptor2 (RyR2).
