Application

Dulbecco′s Modified Eagle′s Media 2X, With 4,500 mg/L Glucose and L-Glutamine, without NaHCO3 or Sodium Pyruvate has been used:
  • in a well plate to mix transformed or parental infrared fluorescent protein (iRFP) 3T3 fibroblasts for soft agar assay
  • to prepare collagen solution for collagen gel contraction
  • in the preparation of 5% methyl cellulose
