General description
Trithiocyanuric acid trisodium salt hydrate is the hydrated trisodium salt of trithiocyanuric acid (1,3,5-triazine-2,4,6(1H,3H,5H)-trithione). 2,4,6-trimercapto-s-triazine, trisodium salt commonly referred as TMT-55, is employed for the removal of heavy metals from polluted waters.
